1 Acceptance of Terms
By using Morphea, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2 Description of Service
Morphea is a dream journal app that allows you to record your dreams and receive AI-powered dream interpretations. The app offers a free trial period followed by a premium subscription for continued access.
3 Account
- You may sign in with your Apple ID or continue with an anonymous account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Anonymous accounts can be upgraded to a full Apple ID account at any time to prevent data loss.
- If you use an anonymous account and uninstall the app without linking an Apple ID, your data may be permanently lost.
4 Subscription and Billing
- Morphea offers a 7-day free trial for new users.
- After the trial, a monthly auto-renewable subscription is required to continue using premium features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
5 Free Trial
- New users receive a 7-day free trial upon account creation.
- The trial provides full access to all premium features.
- After the trial expires, a subscription is required to access premium features including AI dream interpretations.
- Each user is eligible for one free trial only.
6 Usage Limits
To ensure fair use and service quality, Morphea enforces a daily limit of 3 dream interpretations per day for all users, including premium subscribers.
7 AI Interpretations Disclaimer
- Dream interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
- Interpretations are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
- Do not rely on AI interpretations as a substitute for professional mental health care.
- If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
8 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate the AI system through prompt injection or adversarial inputs.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
- Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or subscription requirements.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.
9 Intellectual Property
- Morphea, its design, features, and content are owned by the developer.
- You retain ownership of the dream content you create.
- AI-generated interpretations are provided to you for personal use only.
10 Limitation of Liability
Morphea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated interpretations.
- We are not liable for data loss resulting from account deletion, device loss, or service interruption.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Morphea at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app's Settings.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
